The future of Georgina Champan's label Marchesa is now in doubt as the brand has become tainted by allegations its success was founded on the bullying actions of her husband Harvey Weinstein. The couple are pictured together at the Oscars in 2013 Londoner Georgina met Harvey at a party in Manhattan in 2004, following the break down of his first marriage, the same year she set up her fashion brand. The label was just in its infancy when it got the most incredible big break courtesy of Renee Zellweger wearing a Marchesa dress to the London premiere of Bridget Jones: The Edge Of Reason. At the time, having won an Oscar for Cold Mountain, she was perhaps the biggest film star in the world and could have had her pick of any designer dress.
The movie mogul himself admitted to pushing his wife's burgeoning label in an interview with Vogue in 2013, saying: 'Maybe I helped, but just very, very little, with Renée Zellweger.' Over the past 13 years, stars who have appeared in Weinstein-produced films and worn Marchesa on the red carpet include Sandra Bullock, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Lawrence, Halle Berry and Cate Blanchett. They were hot and heavy over the summer, and still vacationing together after Christmas, but perhaps winter iced over this relationship: Jude Law and Sienna Miller have split up, PEOPLE has learned.“It is mutual and amicable and they are still friends,” a friend of the actors says.Sienna Miller was the woman who defined 'boho' when she first came into the spotlight in the noughties.Since then, her style has sharpened up but still nods to the romantic look which she once made her own.According to the friend, the pair separated several weeks ago.“It was an entirely an end-of-the relationship decision,” the friend says. The 4-week-old snuggled in a cozy wrap — sucking on Miller’s finger for comfort — for the first outing, and rode in style in the limited-edition Missoni Bugaboo stroller for the second.Miller, 30, and Sturridge, 26, began dating last year. In that environment, it was a cool scene."Even before she joined the cast, Miller knew her role was rather risqué."There was a montage in the script saying we did it everywhere: in the car, in the bar... "There will be some outtakes from that [scene] where I have to walk out of the room," she admitted, "because I just have tears running down my face."When Menounos caught up with Affleck and co-star Chris Messina, the actor-director shared his side of the story. You start the scene—you get to the end—you go back to the beginning. I didn't tell her ahead of time, so she was taken a little off guard. "Obviously, by the time nine hours of it has gone past, I was shaking with tears running down my face. "I was like, 'OK, obviously Joe Coughlin is a real performer.' This happened three times, and by the third I [finally said], 'Are you joking? "And then I was like, 'I don't know what you're trying to tell people, Ben, about your sexual prowess—your abilities.'""It turns out that he was just giving himself options without cutting," she added. I was like, 'No one can do what you're doing, the marathon love scene.'"Miller couldn't stop laughing at Affleck.
